Al meerdere keren besteld bij LOAVIES en eigenlijk is er voorheen nooit wat mis gegaan.
Bij mijn laatste bestelling begon het met een betaling die tegelijk gedaan was met een andere klant waardoor mijn order niet verwerkt was en hierdoor het jurkje niet geleverd kon worden. Vervolgens het jurkje een dag later alsnog opgestuurd gekregen. Echter was de naad bij de v-hals al losgelaten bij aankomst. Contact met de klantenservice gehad en als het goed is krijg ik morgen al een nieuwe opgestuurd. Prima ervaring dus!

I got a product that was sewn incorrectly and things like that can happen. I got great help. I emailed a picture of the error and got a response quickly. It's send a new dress and I do not have to pay for any shipping. Many thanks for the quick and nice help

Always such a nice experience to shop at LOAVIES. Stylish clothes for a good price ! I recommend 1000%!! Plus, as a tall girl, I always find pants that are long enough for me! I just love it !! ????
So I bought an item from this site which was $97. The item came way too large(XS feels like XL) I was trying to return the item because I live in US and to do so you have to pay the return fee yourself. When I went to the post office they were charging me for $87 which is almost the item price. So disappointed, I have to keep something that I can't even use. Don't buy from them if you live in US.
sizes are big and you have to pay for return items so not worth it

Do not buy on this site because the returns are bad. I paid 10 euros to request a return and booked on Monday 5th October. To date no one has come to collect the package and customer support is unable to make another appointment and respect it! I want my money back and the package pick up.
I bought a top and it was too small but I noticed their website said no exchanges so I sent it back with a note asking to exchange it for a bigger size and they did! Problem is it was to my old address and I had already moved (I wasn’t sure they were going to send me an exchange) BUT they accommodated me and were able to redirect my package! So thankful. They did it promptly and respectfully, best customer service ever. Will definitely be ordering again ❤️
